Warranty

All AHTI faucets are tested by specialized test facilities. The quality and safety of AHTI faucets are confirmed by relevant documents and certificates.

The product warranty is valid for 7 (seven) years beginning from the date of purchase, excepting for the elements listed below:

• Warranty for the cartridges, shower/spout diverter, flexible hoses, rubber washers and gaskets in fixed parts is 3 (three) years.
• The warranty for shower accessories (shower bar, hand shower, hand shower holder, shower hose, aerator), rubber washer and gaskets in rotating parts is 1 (one) year.
